HVClick Hollywood Glamour

     Recently I attended my first ever Hudson Valley Click photo shoot! Hudson Valley Click is a local photography group that routinely holds events for pros and amateurs alike to create some really great work. They invite models and makeup artists and allow you to shoot in some really creative venues! I've been following their group for a while now, but never had a chance to attend one of their shoots until this one. The shoot was a "Hollywood Glamour" theme, and the location was an upscale catering hall known as Anthony's Pier 9 in New Windsor. Pier 9 allowed us to shoot inside their venue as long as the photographers stayed and acted as "paparazzi" for the Orange County Chamber of Commerce's Winter Gala. It was fun to shoot photos on the red carpet as guests entered- some folks got really into it! I got to meet a lot of interesting and knowledgeable photographers and models, along with some other interesting characters like Sean Connery and Marilyn Monroe! ;) I'm looking forward to attending more HVClick shoots in the future, but until then here are some behind the scenes/models on the runway photos from the shootout!
